It is the policy of Ego to deliver goods and services that meet or exceed the expectations of our Clients.

Time proven processes and controls are established to assist the business in its intentional direction. Ego’s strategy is to always achieve the results our clients expect from us every time they place their order while at the same time, minimising the impact of our activities on the environment. We achieve this by working within the guidelines that being a certified environmental managed business has taught us.

Having gained HACCP certification as well as certification to the quality and environmental standards ISO9001 and ISO 14001 we are able to demonstrate our capabilities not only to supply high quality goods and services but also to ensure the impact on the environment is minimised. We will always;

  • Comply with and satisfy applicable requirements by continually working to improve the effectiveness of the integrated management system and prevent pollution by complying with the applicable environmental legal requirements and those of our clients and other interested parties
  • Maintain a management system that provides the framework for establishing quality objectives and setting environmental objectives and targets.
  • Review our objectives and targets to find suitable and effective ways of achieving set goals.
  • Communicate our intentions and goals to all employees including those working for or on behalf of the businesses and to the public by adequately displaying this statement.
