Xerox iGen 150 Digital Press

Our Xerox iGen 150 has an enormous maximum sheet size of 660mm x 360mm! This extra sheet size allows us to produce 6pp A4 work, landscape A4 booklets, large posters, diaries and much more.

Capable of printing at 150ppm with outstanding image quality (2400 x 2400 dpi resolution), improved detail, tighter, more uniform rosettes and better sharpness. Using the Xerox® Matte Dry Ink we can print with an appearance almost identical to offset.

Finishing Capabilities

Directly inline with our Xerox iGen-150 is our Bourg Booklet Maker allowing us to produce on-demand booklets completely in one pass. Capable of running 5000 booklets/hour, we can saddle-stitch different size booklets with either square or round edging profiles.

Colour 1000i Digital Press

Delivering outstanding midtones, crisp text, pure neutrals, detailed shadows, bright highlights and excellent photo rendering across a range of media, our Color 1000i Press is perfect for today’s hot specialty and photo applications.

Silver and Gold Dry Inks

These unique inks are more than digital simulations, they are real metallic inks. Jobs that previously ran offset with offline foil stamping can now be printed digitally. Unlike foil stamping, however, the Silver and Gold Dry Inks can be used to add an extra layer of shine to photographic imagery, enhancing the metallic look of a wide range of commercial and photo applications.

Clear Ink

Use Clear Dry Ink for creative spot or flood effects inline. With Clear Dry Ink, you can highlight images for visual variety, making them pop off the page; draw attention to headlines and variable text; highlight photos, logos or variable images; create artistic effects; and add watermarks and visual value to your customers’ output.

Large Format

UV Inkjet

Our LED UV flatbed inkjet prints on a wide range of flat substrates up to 2.5 x 1.3m and 50mm thick. Add White ink to print onto clear acrylic to create backlit panels or to print on wood, metal, or non-white surfaces. A spot area of Clear ink adds ‘pop’ and protection to finish a piece.

Direct-to-Media Printing Even on to Thick Media

Images can be printed directly onto rigid media up to 50mm thick, providing great versatility and a wider range of potential applications.

We can print on an extensive range of materials, such as: Acrylics, Polycarbonates, PVC, Glass, Aluminium, Metal, Polyester, Foam board, Styrene, Wood and Stone.

Finishing / Cutting

Finishing is handled by our Esko Kongsberg cutting table. Capable of cutting, creasing and routing substrates up to 1600 x 3000mm including corrugated board, paperboard, foam, plywood and MDF.
