Diecutting

With three state of the art A1 flatbed folding carton die-cutters, production capacity is not an issue. We can cut, crease, emboss, score or perforate all types of folding carton boxes, labels or display. Capable of processing materials from 90 to 2,000 gsm. Even corrugated board up to 4 mm thickness can be processed.

With two extremely versatile folder-gluer lines capable of producing an impressive number of box styles in a wide range of materials.

Rotary Diecutting

This versatile machine is suited to many products including thin or thick sheets to be folded, scored, or embossed, pharma, packaging, label and digital printing, mailings, advertising supplements, booklet labels, folders, greeting cards, folding cartons labels and many other products.

Using magnetic flexible dies our rotary die cutter can thru-cut, kiss cut, perforate, crease and emboss.

Unlike traditional flatbed diecutters, the process does not require nicks in the sheet to hold the products together as the sheet moves through the machine. This allows the waste to be stripped out automatically producing a “nickless”, high quality product.

Window Patching

Our window patching machine can apply thin plastic film to a die-cut window on any box or packaging.

The window provides your customers with a glimpse of the product without opening the packaging. It is often used to showcase a high-end product, creating a sense of confidence in your product, therefore naturally enhancing purchasing power.

Fully Formed

Our small tray forming machine is designed to create a wide range of products, from carton board trays, conical trays or other out-of-home food containers. Up to 12,000 perfectly formed trays per hour.
